These terms apply to everyone who uses this training portal and its games. By signing in, joining a game or using a seat code, you agree to them.
Ownership
All games, questions, explanations, scripts, designs and graphics on this portal are © 2026 Legacy Software Solution. All rights reserved. The portal may show another company's name and logo under a license from the copyright owner. That license does not transfer ownership.
What you may do
Use the games for your own training, or to train your team, while you hold an active seat or are invited by a licensed manager. Print or save your own results.
What you may not do
You may not copy, download, screen-record for distribution, scrape, share, sell or resell any game or question. You may not reverse engineer, unlock or remove the copy protection, the copyright notice or the tracking tags. You may not reword, rebuild or recreate the games or question banks, or feed them into AI tools to make a similar product.
Accounts and seat codes
Seat codes and sign-in codes are for one organization or person. Don't share them. Seats last 12 months from the day a code is redeemed. Access can be suspended for misuse.
Training only
This portal is general federal tax training. It is not tax, legal or financial advice, it is not approved or endorsed by the IRS, and it does not award continuing education credit. Always check current IRS guidance and the full facts before preparing a return.
Your information
We store your name, email address, team and game scores so the portal can sign you in and show progress to your manager. We don't sell this information.
Copy protection and tracing
Each game copy carries a hidden tag that identifies the portal and player. A copied game will not run outside this portal. Unauthorized copies can be traced and are subject to legal action.
Changes and law
These terms may be updated, and the date above will change when they are. Florida law governs these terms.
